Vision

The time is now to focus significant attention and energy to create the systems change needed to care adequately for the frail elderly in our community.

Our vision is that by 2030 Greater Manchester will be a model of full involvement by all citizens, where the natural way of life promotes the maximization of independence and quality of life of the frail elderly.

Our mission is to serve as a change agent by planning and implementing an interrelated set of system-reform initiatives that will fundamentally alter the community's perceptions and attitudes toward the frail elderly and change the community design, funding models and service delivery enabling frail elders to live out their lives in the manner they choose.
